All of us have seen the headlines about companies that have been sued for wage and hour violations. It seems as though a high number of the suits are caused by the following reaasons:
- 1. A failure to keep accurate records of non-exempt work hours. The employees claim that they are forced to work overtime and then not get paid their premium rate (sometimes not get paid at all).
